Peshwa Bajirao March 24 Written Update: Will the Dandak torture end?
Baji defeats the Dandaks, with some help from his mother. It is a happy ending for Baji and his friends.
The Dandak tells Baji he is a fool for risking his life for his cunning and backstabbing friend Parshu. The Dandak asks Baji to give him the diamond but Baji in a fit of rage throws the diamond into the forest. The Dandak now antagonized by Baji’s behaviour decides to kill Baji. Just as he is about to hit Baji, RadhaBai whacks the Dandak’s hand with a stone and the hammer falls out of the Dandak’s hand. The Dandak rushes to pick up and his hammer, and once again attempts to hit Baji. Baji holds on to the Dandak’s hammer and tells him that if he hits his mother, he will hit the Dandak with the very diamond that the Dandak is luring after. Just when the Dandak is about to attack Baji for the trick he has played on him, a group of villagers appear out of thin air. The Dandak runs away and Baji follows him on his horse. The Dandak hides behind a tree and as Baji is unable to see him, the Dandak who has now climbed up onto the tree, springs out of nowhere onto Baji’s back. They get into a fist fight wherein the Dandak wishes to win the diamond from Baji and Baji wishes to protect it. Baji manages to escape the clutches of the Dandak and gets back to where the villagers and RadhaBai are. The Dandak jumps into the river as Baji throws the diamond into the river. The river turns blood red in colour, marking the end of the Dandak.
RadhaBai apologises to Baji for sending him and his friends into the forest, but Baji thanks her for doing so. The kids then narrate the story of Parshu’s deceit to RadhaBai and a shocked RadhaBai tells them to forget about the entire incident and just thank God for freeing them of the Dandak’s clutches. RadhaBai tells Baji that she is glad that Baji has learnt to put others in front of himself through this incident. She tells him that this quality is the first one required to lead a nation to ‘Swaraj’ or self-rule.
Balaji Vishwanath figures out that it is Tara Bai who has killed the enemy and not Raje Saheb. Balaji Vishwanath claims that he is not unhappy with being removed from the post of Raje Saheb’s teacher, but only worried about what would become of the Maratha Empire after Tara Bai’s reign.
Balaji receives a mysterious note regarding the Gudi Padwa celebration which is nothing but a conspiracy plotted by Qamar-ud-in. Balaji Vishwanath pays the Mughals a visit and fights them single-handedly.
Guruji tries to blame Baji and RadhaBai for every single consequence that the kids have put up with up until that moment. Baji confronts Parshu about his deeds when in the Dandak’s clutches. Baji tells Parshu the true meaning of friendship and then tells Parshu he can no longer be friends with Parshu. Guruji blames RadhaBai for the difficulty faced by the kids and the problems that they have had to endure. Baji refutes and asks him where RadhaBai’s fault lies in the situation. Guruji tells Baji that no matter what he says, it is RadhaBai’s fault and she will face the music for what she has implemented on the kids.
Will Baji just sit back and watch RadhaBai face a punishment? Or will he stand up for his mother? Stay tuned for more!
