Peshwa Bajirao March 22 Written Updates: The Dandak torture continues! Will Baji succumb to the trauma?

The Dandaks continue to torture Baji. Radhabai tries her best to fight with the Dandaks and save Baji.

Balaji Vishwanath and Tara Bai approach the Mughal camp and attack the Mughals who are in conversation with the Maratha gaddaars .The Mughals are taken aback by this sudden attack. Tara Bai and Balaji Vishwanath indulge in a fight with Qamar-ud-din Khan. Qamar-ud-in runs to a cannon and lights it up. Just when the cannon is about to fire, Balaji Vishwanath gets to it and changes the course of the attack and emerges victorious.

On the other hand the Dandak traps Baji into a dark cave. He keeps him there alone and leaves him to die. Baji tells the Dandak that he will never be alone as he has his mother’s blessings with him till the day he dies. Baji’s friend begs the Dandak to let Baji out of the cave. However the Dandak tells them that they can hope for Baji’s well-being all they want but the rats in the cave would have eaten every morsel of flesh on Baji’s body by then.

RadhaBai and the Dandak’s adherent indulge in a heated fight, wherein RadhaBai manages to get away and the adherent screams out after her, that she will not be able to run too far. The Dandak’s adherent manages to speed up and catch up to RadhaBai but RadhaBai being the courageous woman she is, hits the adherent with a stone. RadhaBai then, with some direction from her horse Malhari, manages to figure out a way to get to the Dandak’s home.

Baji, who is trapped in the cave, is afraid of the rats, but with great presence of mind, he manages to find a way to create a loud sound. This leads the rats away. When the Dandak comes to check on Baji, he is stunned to see that Baji is still alive. Baji warns the Dandak, that he can try to break his courage all he wants, but he will never succeed. The Dandak lets Baji out of the cave and Baji’s friends are happy to see him, but only momentarily. They inform Baji that their friend Parshu is missing.

The Maratha gaddaar tells Tara Bai that she is the one who is differentiating between Shahu Maharaj and Raje Saheb. Tara Bai then tells Raje Saheb to kill the Maratha; nevertheless he is hesitant to do so. A Maratha gaddaar tries to attack Raje Saheb, but Tara Bai jumps in and saves him. On the other hand, Baji heads up to the dandak and questions him about Parshu’s whereabouts. The Dandak tells Baji, that he will first see how courageous Baji can be to save his friend.

Balaji Vishwanath and Qamar-ud-din get into a sword fight and just as Balaji Vishwanath is about to kill Qamar-ud-in, Aurangzeb appears with his horsemen warriors. Balaji Vishwanath tells him, that he is merely and child and must head home. The Dandak continues to torture Baji and refuses to disclose Parshu’s location to him. Baji agrees to do so.
