Payal Rohatgi to enter Suryaputra Karn!
Sony TV's Suryaputra Karna will see actress Payal Rohatgi to be essaying the role of Shikhandi.
Payal's character will be introduced during the war phase of the story. On her role in the show, Payal says, "This is my first mythological show and I have been given a warrior-type look. I always try and look for new things and this is something that I hadn't done before. Sangram (Singh, her partner) always pushes me to do different thingsâ.Â
Like her beau, the actress has also taken to yoga and revealed that she has become fitter and leaner. "I am quite fit at this point and I have lost weight. Recently, I watched Bajirao Mastani, and I know how warriors are supposed to look. On TV, you don't get much time to prepare. I think I will pick up some nuances from the fight masters on how to hold a sword." She also added, "I think I will also have to do some horse riding and I will just be hoping that I don't topple off the horse."
