The reason why Suryaputra Karna has been extended till May revealed!
Dwindling TRPs often force the channel to pull a show off air. However, the case was different with Siddarth Kumar Tewary’s Suryaputra Karn as it was supposed to be a 150 episode-long finite series. The show was scheduled to go off air by the end of January 2016.
But, due to the rise in the ratings of the period drama, the makers and the channel partner have taken the call to give extension to the show till May 2016.
Although the show has been quite a hit among the viewers and has a good fan following, the recently aired Draupadi cheer-haran and the on-air vanvas track have done the trick for it.
The cast and the crew could not have asked for more.
Actor Gautam Rode, who is essaying the titular role, and Saurabh Pandey aka Krishna, confirmed the news to the press.
