Following the first FIR on Wednesday, another complaint has been registered against The Viral Fever (TVF) CEO, Arunabh Kumar today.

The second molestation case was filed against Kumar under Section 354 of Indian Penal Code at Versova police station after another girl came forward on Thursday.

The complainant was called by Kumar for an interview at his office and alleges that she was molested inside his cabin, a police source told a news portal.

Mumbai Police said, “The woman was molested inside the cabin by Arunabh Kumar. She immediately left from his cabin and later never met him. We have registered FIR under section 354 of IPC.”

The first FIR was filed on March 29 at the MIDC police station in Mumbai’s Andheri east. Informing about it a police official had said, “We have received a complaint from a woman and a FIR has been registered under section 354 (sexual harassment) and 509 (Word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) of the IPC against Arunabh Kumar.”

Reportedly, the identity of both the women has been kept under wraps for now.

Meanwhile, Kumar is said to be on a run. A source told a news portal that the cops are unable to trace his location. An official informed, “We are searching for him but are unable to find him.”

Apparently, Mumbai Police is keen on arresting Kumar after the FIR and told a daily, “It is a non-bailable offence and we will definitely be opposing his bail plea. We want to arrest him.”
