Days after a former woman employee of YouTube channel The Viral Fever accused its founder Arunabh Kumar of molesting her, Kumar has now come out denying those allegations.

Talking to leading tabloid, Arunabh called all the allegations levelled against him as fake. He also requested the woman (who accused Arunabh of sexual harassment) to report the matter to the police or to TVF's HR team where she claims to have worked.

The woman in the anonymous post didn't reveal much about her identity, however, she did mention that she was from Muzaffarpur had joined TVF in 2014.

Speaking about it, Kumar said that TVF did not hire any woman from Muzaffarpur in the last three years. He even added that they have complained to Medium, where the anonymous post appeared, regarding the defamatory post. "If the post is fake, it will be removed," said the TVF CEO.

He further said, "Social media has already declared me an offender, but I am ready to address all the allegations against me. I am open to receiving a police complaint so that I can respond legally as well. TVF is bigger than me and if there is a remote chance that I have done any wrong, let me be persecuted."

However, multiple women including filmmaker Reema Sengupta have now come forward alleging Arunabh of misbehavior.

In a Facebook post, filmmaker Reema Sengupta alleged that Kumar touched her inappropriately several times during the 5-hour shoot for TVF.  Responding to this, Arunabh accepted that Sengupta did a film a promo for TVF but denied misbehaving with her.

"The kind of insinuations the FB post makes are untrue. I am a heterosexual, single man and when I find a woman sexy, I tell her she's sexy - but this is only done in my personal capacity. I compliment women in my personal space and not at the workplace. Is that wrong? Is every man whose compliment a woman doesn't like, a molester. Having said that, I am very particular about my behavior - I will approach a woman, but never force myself. However, if my words may have still offended anybody, I am open to investigation," Kumar said.

However, no official complaint has been filed against Arunabh as yet.
