Days after a complaint was lodged against TVF founder Arunabh Kumar by anonymous women, the Dindoshi Sessions Court in Mumbai has granted him an anticipatory bail.

Earlier last month, a woman through an anonymous post had accused Arunabh of sexually harassing her during her stint with the company. Sooner a number of women came out supporting her claim, narrating their experience of sexual harassment with him.

Later, in an interview to a leading tabloid, Arunabh, however, denied those allegations. He even went ahead to request those accusing him of sexual harassment to lodge a complaint against him.

Speaking about the allegations, Arunabh had earlier said, "The kind of insinuations the FB post makes are untrue. I am a heterosexual, single man and when I find a woman sexy, I tell her she's sexy - but this is only done in my personal capacity. I compliment women in my personal space and not at the workplace. Is that wrong? Is every man whose compliment a woman doesn't like, a molester. Having said that, I am very particular about my behavior - I will approach a woman, but never force myself. However, if my words may have still offended anybody, I am open to investigation."

The news led to a huge furore on social media with people slamming the company and even asking to boycott the channel. The matter got worse when an official statement of the company was released soon without any investigation, dismissing all the charges against Arunabh. However, the company later apologized calling it an emotional decision and assured of a fair investigation.
