Suicide Squad's cast take a break and hang out with 'Jay and Silent Bob Reboot' star Kevin Smith; See Pics
James Gunn is currently filming The Suicide Squad in Atlanta, and some of the stars of the film took a break to attend 'Jay & Silent Bob Reboot' roadshow. The stars met Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes from the cast.
Some of the cast members of James Gunn’s next film, The Suicide Squad took a break from filming to attend a roadshow. The roadshow was of Kevin Smith’s 'Jay and Silent Bob Reboot' that was going on at Atlanta. The reason behind this is the fact that David Dastmalchian has a role in Jay and Silent Bob Reboot and is also a part of the Suicide Squad. So far, it’s unclear as what character David is playing in the film but has been linked with the role of Polka-Dot Man in recent months.
Kevin Smith shared a heartfelt post through his Instagram account that includes pictures of The Suicide Squad cast crashing into the roadshow of Kevin’s film. One of the stars of The Suicide Squad commented on the post revealing the fantastic time their whole cast had during the roadshow commenting that, “That was so fun and the movie’s hilarious! The Jay and Silent Bob Reboot was released back in October and currently, the tour of the film is running all over the country. Last stop of the tour in Louisiana and will be held on February 26, 2020. Meanwhile, the filming of The Suicide Squad sequel is also going on full throttle to meet the scheduled release date of August 6, 2021.
