The episode starts with Akhilesh spreading the good news about getting his dream project. At the same moment, Manish arrives and talks about Kartik getting distracted as he has created a ruckus! He decides to give that project to Kartik. Suddenly, Akhilesh gets a heart attack and is taken to the hospital. But on reaching hospital it was analyzed that it was a severe case of acidity... On the other hand, at Singhania’s Kirti and Dadi are going to see a gynaecologist and Naira insists on coming along! Though Dadi doesn’t agree Kirti allows...At the hospital, Manish and Dadi are discussing health and planning to send Kartik US for the same project. He is worried that problems may escalate if he stays here. Whereas, Naira being in the same hospital hears the conversation. Kartik and Naira tend to meet each other and have a small talk about all being together. But Naira starts weeping and on asking she informs Kartik about his family’s decision of sending him to the US. “I cannot live without you” she cries.

Kartik confirms to her that he won’t go. They both pray for their happiness. Dr Batra meets both of them and tells them about Shubham’s case where Naira used to force him to tell the family about it, Kartik drives back to the time where he and his family had accused Naira of his death. On reaching home, Naira is wandering in her thoughts and Kirti asks her is she was fine, to which she replies that she is being punished for the mistakes she had made.

Besides this, Kartik rushes to his home and tells his mom the whole unexplored truth behind Shubham’s life. Swarna ji learns the truth about Naira’s innocence and she’s on a call where Kartik convinces mom that they want to stay together but not without her blessings. Naira apologizes to her and explains her part. She requests mom to help them. Swarna Ji responds “A mother’s happiness is in her child’s well being” which means a YES to Kartik and NAIRA’S relationship.
