Today in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we see how after KaiRa's plan fails, they come up with a new idea to expose Puru Mama. Later, a distraught Mansi threatens him of suicide while Anmol doesn't believe her.

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai April 22, 2019 Written Update: KaiRa’s foolproof plan

In previous episode, we see how Kartik and Naira organise a masquerade party to expose Puru Mama. Puru Mama deceits Naira and puts up an act which gains him sympathy from all the family members while KaiRa becomes shocked to see their plan fail. Illa gets emotional to hear Puru Mama’s false confession about his sacrifice towards her. Illa tells how Puru how grateful she was to him. Kartik and Naira remains shocked when Illa gets angry on Naira. Later, Puru gives a smirk to Naira and gestures about the device she was wearing which came to his notice. Everyone continues with the party and Naksh tells Samarth and Gayu to start their couple dance. Puru continues with his leach behaviour with Naira which makes her unsettled. Kartik tells Naira that they will make another plan as their first plan failed. He tells Naira that if they were unable to reveal Puru Mama’s true intentions by the next day, he will do what he will feel like. Later, Kartik feels guilty while Naira assured him that he was not at fault.

The next day, Puru gets ready for the haldi when he gets a call from someone whom he doesn’t want to talk to as he heard some strange noises. He comes to Mansi’s room where he finds Anmol and Mansi fight, as Anmol did not want to believe on Mansi’s accusations. Puru Mama gets happy to know that in the society that they live in, no one believes on the girl’s accusations and leave the room. Seeing Puru Mama leave, Kartik and Naira comes to their room and appreciates Anmol’s contribution towards executing their plan and helping them revealing Puru’s dark secret. Later, Puru informs Manish that he had called the HRD minister and tells them to welcome him in the party. The haldi ceremony begin and Puru gets shocked to see Mansi txt him. He learns about Mansi’s plan to commit suicide and leave a note blaming Puru Mama to be the reason behind her suicide. KaiRa gets happy to see Puru Mama get unsettled after he received the message. He leaves the haldi ceremony in haste.
