Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai April 25, 2019 Written Update: Manish’s health gets critical
Today in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we see how Manish is excited to eat the food prepared by Naira. Later, the Goenkas are shocked when Manish's health takes a hit and he lands in the hospital.
In previous episode, we see how after Samarth and Gayatri's wedding ceremony, Kartik gives Naira a trophy. Later, Puru threatens the Goenkas of dire consequences. Manish gets excited to eat the food prepared by Naira while Kartik gets concerned to see Manish’s deteriorated health. Akhil gets Manish’s medicines and tells him to rest for the day. In the meantime, Kartik gets a call from his manager who informs him about the client’s concern about Puru’s arrest and their individual investments. Suhasini tells Akhil to beware, as she feared Puru’s intentions. Seeing Kartik upset, Naira asks the reason for his sadness. Kartik tells Naira how they would incur a loss of 500 crores, as the project they had started with Puru Mama got stalled and the jewellery they had ordered, were already ready. Naira expressed her concern regarding informing Manish about the loss, as he was a little unwell. Later, Akhil and Manish reaches office and finds the employees amidst chaos. Manish demanded to know the reason for the chaos however, everyone remained silent as Kartik had instructed the manager not to tell Manish anything before he comes.
Kartik comes to the office and finds Manish sit on his chair, devastated by the loss they had incurred. Manish asks Kartik how were they supposed to repay the loan which they had taken from the bank and what will they answer to the clients who had trusted them with their investments. Manish tells Kartik about the deal of the joint venture which he had made with Puru Mama. They had mutually decided that they will not take any money from the market in the name of the project but on their individual companies and that the initial funding was supposed to be done by the Goenka Industries and the latter half of the funding would be done by Puru. Manish tells Kartik that he had already made his share of funding and when it was time for Puru Mama to fund the rest of the project, he got arrested and the project got stalled due to lack of funds. Manish regretted having made this decision and while he was still in a state of shock, he falls down unconscious.
Akhil calls Suhasini and tells her to come to the City Hospital as they were taking Manish there. Suhasini and Surekha hurries to reach the hospital while Akhil, Kartik and Naira rush Manish into the operation theatre. The doctor examines him and informs the family that Manish had a severe heart attack. In the meantime, Kartik repeatedly gets a call from the office which he disconnects. The manager calls Akhil but he also doesn’t pick the call. Considering the current situation, Naira takes a call and talks to the manager herself, who gives her a shocking news.
