When Ssharad Malhotra met Ex-President Pratibha Patil at the inauguration of Maharana Pratap's statue!

TV actor Ssharad Malhotra who was seen in Sony TV's Maharana Pratap, captivated the audiences with his onscreen charm and powerful performance.

Recently, the actor's joy knew no bounds on meeting Pratibha Patil, the Ex-President of India. Pratibha Tai Patil was at the inauguration Maharana Pratap statue in Jalgaon. Considering him having essayed the role of the warrior, Ssharad too was invited as a special guest along with producer Abhimanyu Singh(Contiloe Production). The elated Ssharad tells us,"It was an honour to attend the inauguration function of Maharana Pratap statue.It felt nostalgic as it reminded me of my show and memories associated with it.Pratibha Patil told me that she loved the show and my performance too. Compliments coming from her made me feel really happy."

The actor has recently bagged the lead role in Ekta Kapoor's Kasam. On elaborating about his new venture, he said, "The storyline is very gripping and I am excited to be part of the show.I am sure it will be satisfying as a performer. On talking about his personal life, the actor stated,"I am very much single as of now. I have learnt to take everything in my stride with a smile". Ssharad was in a relationship with Telly World's Ishima aka Divyanka Tripathi. They broke up last year.
