This year, actor Ssharad Malhotra tied the knot to his sweetheart Ripci Bhatia. Their wedding was quite a dreamy affair and fans couldn't get enough of their photos from their big day. However, immediately after the wedding, the actor had to return to Mumbai for the shooting of his show.

In an interview with Hindustan Times, Ssharad Malhotra opened up about his life now after marriage. The actor said that his life after marriage is great as when he goes home, he has his wife waiting for him. He added that as a bachelor, one never experiences this unless they live with their family.

The actor said that now it's just him and his wife in Mumbai. He feels great to have somebody with whom he can spend time. His life is happier and more sorted as someone is taking care of the house and working at the same time. His life has changed as he doesn't have to go back to an empty home.

About his wife, Ssharad Malhotra said that Ripci is very understanding and has a good sense of humour. She understands his life as an actor and how he doesn't get holidays as his work schedule is packed.

He added, "She understands an actor’s life and it requires a big heart to understand this as I get to spend only two to three hours with her in a day. She is coping with this well."
