The last rites of veteran actress Rita Bhaduri is being held today. She passed away this morning due to kidney ailment and it shocked many.
Several celebrities, who worked with Rita attended the last rites of the actor held in the city today. Celebrities namely Satish Shah, Neelu Kohli, Jaya Bhattacharya, Abhay Bhargava, Tiku Talsania and others were seen at the last rites ceremony.

Several actors, who have worked with Rita Bhaduri, shared their condolences on social media pages. Anil Kapoor tweeted, "#RitaBhaduri was one of the finest actresses that #FTII gave us. I had the honour of working with her in Ghar Ho to Aisa, Beta & Viraasat & I'm really saddened to hear about her passing...She will be dearly missed by her friends, family & fans..."
Anupam Kher said, "#RitaBhaduri was affectionate, helpful, jovial, bright and full of life. It is sad and unfortunate that we sum up a person only when he or she is gone. I wish we met more often. We have lost a very fine actress and a brand ambassador/alumni of @FTIIOfficial. Om Shanti."
Rita Ji has been a part of several shows including Nimki Mukhiya, Sarabhai vs Sarabhai, Ek Mahal Ho Sapno Ka, Thoda Hai Thode Ki Zaroorat Hai, Amanat, Choti Bahu, Kumkum, Khichdi, to name a few.
Rita Ji also worked in several movies like Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa, Julie, Beta, Love, Kya Kehna, Ghar Ho Toh Aisa and other films.
