Jodha-Akbar: Jodha catches Jalal getting close to Atifa!
The tension between Jodha and Jalal’s marriage is getting more intense with every passing day.
Jalal is getting closer to Atifa and he has distanced himself from Jodha.
In the recent episode, Jodha caught Jalal and Atifa sitting closely and completely lost into each other. The Rajput Princess could not bear the shock of her husband’s visible infidelity and left the chamber pronto.
Rukaiya Begum took advantage of this situation and confronted Jodha about the matter. Jodha confessed that she never thought Jalal would cheat on her for another woman. But Rukaiya stated that an emperor never sticks to one woman. His taste in women keeps on changing and Jodha should learn to live with the fact now.
When Jodha leaves in a sad state, Rukaiya says in her soliloquy that she is hurt to know Jalal’s seeing Atifa but it is a solace that he has at least got rid himself of Jodha.
However, the good hearted Salima Begum advises Jodha not to lose hope so soon and talk about her feelings to Jalal.
Jalal, on his part, has become so obsessed with Atifa that he gets involved in an argument with her husband. When her husband objects to their growing intimacy, Jalal tells him to mind his own business. This reply further infuriates Atifa’s husband and he order her to leave Agra with him.
However, Jalal warns the husband not to take Atifa away from him.
The husband promises to come back with the concerned authority to support his stand and get the rights over his wife as her lawful husband.
Jalal’s game has become dirty indeed. We wonder why he has to fall for a married woman when he has countless wives in his harem.
