Here’s why you won’t miss watching Paridhi Sharma after ‘Jodha Akbar; goes off-air?
Fans of Paridhi Sharma have to reason to cheer up!
The ‘Jodha Akbar’ actress will not go on a long sabbatical as most actors do once they get done with a TV show. Instead, once ‘Jodha Akbar’ goes off-air, Paridhi will be seen again in the popular TV show ‘Talaash’.
A daily reports that Paridhi has signed as a host for Vikas Gupta’s crime-based show ‘Talaash’. She will be hosting a chapter of the series focussing on real-life stories on exorcism.
She will be replacing the current hosts Anita Hassanandani and Shaleen Malhotra.
For a change, Paridhi will take a break from the lehenga-choli and flaunt salwar-kameez for her new job.
"It's a relief from the heavy attire that I donned for two years on my previous show," she told the daily.
While, Paridhi has bagged a show, there has been no news about her media-shy and reserved ‘Jodha Akbar’ co-star Rajat Tokas. Perhaps, Rajat will reserve his time for wife Shrishti Nayyar now.
