Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 is one of the top famous shows right now and the serial is also one of the top shows in the TRP list. The makers are keeping the viewers hooked to the screens with their dramatic plot twists and turns. In the current track, we got see that Prerna and Anurag had a tiff during the latter's engagement with Komolika. And now, in the promo, we got to see how Prerna will make her entry again in the Basu mansion and the same will startle everyone. The coy and sweet Prerna will be seen in another avatar altogether. She will say that she is Anurag's first wife and claim her right as well.

Of course, the same will lead to issues in the marriage of Komolika and Anurag. As per reports, she has not yet revealed something to Anurag. The secret might be that Prerna is pregnant. Reportedly, she will discover about her pregnancy when she meets with an accident on the road and goes for a medical examination.
