Taylor Swift all set to collaborate with THIS designer for her fashion collection and fans are rejoicing

Anything that Taylor Swift leads to an immediate meltdown - quite literally! The same thing happened yesterday when Taylor took to Instagram where she revealed details of her new album, Lover. During the LIVE, Swift revealed that she is collaborating with British ace designer Stella McCartney. The launch is all set to take place later this summer and as soon as news broke out, fans have been going berserk.

During the LIVE when she was asked why McCartney, she said, “She’s been a friend for a really long time and also just a woman who I respect so much. I respect what she creates, how she creates it.” Taylor further elaborated how all of Stella’s work inspires her. She also said that there are elements of whimsy, imagination and romance which she tailors and weaves into her clothing which she designs. The young global icon also said that she has worn a lot of her creations recently and this new collaboration is extremely special to her as it is inspired by Taylor’s new album, Lover.  

The news comes out in the Pride month and although there’s barely any information available about the collection - everyone’s expecting it to be sustainable (courtesy - Stella’s designs) and rainbow coloured. McCartney is known to oppose fur and leather and se only uses eco-friendly fabrics and methods. Taylor on the other hand is putting her music to a social use as her latest tracks talks about women empowerment and LGBTQ rights.
