Sonam Kapoor in Sabyasachi: Yay or Nay?

The Kapoor offspring is always slaying when it comes down to fashion. The actress does have a reputation of being a fashionista while rocking most outfits she decides to put on herself.

Just a few days ago, Sonam walked the prestigious Cannes red carpet in one of the most stunning pantsuits of all time. She wore the custom made attire by Ralph & Russo in white that bore a train. While the combination of a pantsuit with a train seemed unusual and new, Ms Kapoor did manage to pull it off with elegance.

After leaving from Cannes, Sonam headed straight to London and boy is she serving some looks! Kapoor was seen strutting on the streets of London in a stunning ensemble by Sabyasachi. Living up to her reputation, Sonam gave her own twist to the all black desi attire.

The black Anarkali featured a v-neck plunging neckline that showed enough of her cleavage through the mesh details. She cinched her waist using a buckle belt by the designer. Sonam did prove that layering is the key to rocking any outfit by wearing not one but two layers over the rather desi attire. Her first choice of the layer was a voluminous black & white bandhej jacket that reached down to her feet. She wore a classic black trench over it to complete the look. We clearly love how she ditched the dupatta for the layers that completely modernized her ensemble.  

Further, she styled the black attire with silver jhumkas and a sold rectangular arm candy. Sonam kept her makeup classic by wearing kohl clad eyes and nude makeup. A black bindi was her accessory of choice for the day. With all of that jazz, she kept her hair braided into a sleek low bun giving all the attention to the outfit.

We are clearly obsessing over every little detail of the look and is definitely one of the most well-styled ensembles we’ve seen in a while.
