Billy Porter, the American pop singer and stage performer made an appearance at the Oscar awards and made eyes pop with his outfit choice! He stole the show in a voluminous tuxedo gown which featured silk lapels, a black bow tie and a ravishing black ball skirt. The outfit got everybody talking and raving about the experimental look.
