Karisma Kapoor takes the modern route & opts for a concept saree perfect for your cocktail party

Karisma Kapoor has time and again proved that nobody can do it better than her. The veteran actress has been in the industry for a long time now and has clearly picked up a trick or two when it comes down to fashion. From gorgeous shimmery dresses to desi sarees, she has managed to slay it all. Now, she is back at it with another gorgeous ensemble that is perfect for you to steal for your next cocktail party. 

Ms Kapoor opted for a gorgeous concept saree by Amit Aggarwal and boy did she turn heads! The black and blue number was ideally a dress made to look like a saree with its exquisite draping. The dress bore a strapless neckline with the rest of the dress hugging her gorgeous curves. It further cinched her waist with fabric that ruched along one side making it look like a saree pleat.

But this is not it! The dress aka the concept saree also featured a thigh-high slit in the centre with rest of the dress transcending into a mini train. The show-stopping element was the shoulder detail with a royal blue sleeve that mimicked a saree pallu. She kept the rest of the look very modern and classic and opted for a sleek high bun accompanied by a flawless glam.
