Gigi Hadid wore two denim jackets, socks & sandals together: Another fad in the making or a fashion disaster?

Supermodel Gigi Hadid is a true blue fashionista and almost nobody doubts that anymore. She walks the runway for designers and starts up fashion trends of her own at the same time! A while ago, she was spotted sporting tie-dye outfits which became all the rage within no time and had everybody from Kylie Jenner to Karlie Kloss sporting similar outfits. But even the best of them can go wrong. 

Hadid seems to make all looks work - even the ugly dad chunky sneakers which have become a raging trend now. But Gigi went a step further with her next combination. She wore yet another trend that a "fashionable" dad would wear and presume to be cool - biker shorts with socks and sandals! 

Hadid opted for a plain white tee and donned not one but two denim jacket over sleek black biker shorts for the event. She paired this with black crew socks and a pair of Valentino Birkenstocks and paired this with a small handbag which featured a black and white lightning bolt print. 

She wore her hair half up in a bun with moody red lips and accessorised her outfit with slinky gold chains. 

While most things always manage to look good on Hadid, we don't think this look quite did it for us. Two denim jackets were quite unnecessary and we don't think the socks went with the sandals at all and thought the overall look was quite a disastrous one!
