Sarfaraz Ahmed called "mota" by fan in mall after disastrous World Cup 2019 campaign thus far
Sarfaraz Ahmed has been in the news for his below par fitness levels and for yawning during Pakistan's game with India in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, but insulting him is taking it too far
The Pakistan Cricket Team lost their seventh World Cup game to India earlier in the week, and this has not gone down well with the fans, who have been constantly criticizing the team management and the fitness levels of the players. Their skipper, Sarfaraz Ahmed, in particular has been called out for his sub-par fitness levels, his decision to bowl first after winning the toss against India and for yawning during the game, with trolls calling him out.
However, the latest video being circulated has gone a tad too far. A fan spotted the skipper in a mall in England, and compared him to a pig - thus implying that both are fat. Sarfaraz was with his son, when a fan asked him for a selfie. The Pakistani obliged, only to be humiliated in the worst manner possible.
Though Shoaib Akhtar had earlier compared the team's fitness levels with that of India's, and stated a huge gap exists between the two, in this incident, pulling out a leader who is doing his best for the country can in no way be justified.
Here is the video.
