Prince William and Kate Middleton's second last day of the Pakistan Royal Tour was an eventful one. The Duke and Duchess reached Lahore on Thursday for day full of engagements. Kate and William kept their attire super simple as the Duchess sported a white salwar suit on her arrival in Lahore. The duo visited the same cancer hospital as their mother Princess Diana and met with terminally ill children. They also took part in a game of cricket and visited the Badshahi Mosque in Lahore.
For the mosque and subsequent children's hospital visit, Kate changed into a teal green salwar suit. On the other hand, Prince William wore a beige suit. During the mosque visit, Kate covered her head with a dupatta. The Duke and Duchess went barefoot and sat down in a cross-legged position as they listened to a Quran recitation.
During their hospital visit to a children's cancer hospital, the couple met with young cancer patients and spent time playing games with them. Kate also donned a tiara to give company to a young girl as they had a little tea party. Prince William also took part as he pretended to sip tea from a cute little tea cup.
Post their royal engagements, Kate and William's return to Islamabad ran into troubled waters as they experienced a flight scare. The British Royal Air Force flight was forced to abort a landing in Islamabad twice and return to Lahore after getting caught in a severe thunderstorms.
