Miley Cyrus FLAUNTS new 'freedom’ tattoo amid ongoing divorce with Liam Hemsworth; DEETS INSIDE

Miley Cyrus is holding on to her freedom! The singer-songwriter added two more tattoos to her body over the weekend and we can’t help but notice the timing and a possible reference. Miley, amid her ongoing divorce from Liam, got the word “freedom” delicately written across her hand, above her knuckles. In addition to this, she also got a handwritten note from Yoko Ono inked on the back of her shoulder, on Sunday. “I’m proud of U, Yoko,” the tattoo read. 

The singer showed off her new tattoos in pictures posted by celebrity tattoo artist Daniel Winter aka Winter Stone. Posting a selfie with the singer, as she flaunts her freedom tattoo, Daniel revealed in the caption that the tattoo was done using a “single needle”. “FREEDOM #freedom #mothersdaugter #mileycyrus #singleneedle #delicatelysharp #tattoo,” the post read. The next day he also shared a picture featuring Miley’s Yoko tattoo. “I’m proud of you, Yoko Handwritten note to Miley Cyrus from Yoko Ono what a special tattoo for you Miley! I was honored to tattoo this for you! #singleneedle #delicatelysharp #tattooedgirlslover_id,” he wrote alongside the post.

The Hannah Montana star’s fresh ink comes months after Miley and Liam took the internet by storm as they decided to call off their wedding after less than eight months of being married. They will soon be finalising their divorce in the court. Shortly after the two parted ways, Miley went on to date The Hills: New Beginnings star Kaitlynn Carter, a piece of news that raised a lot of eyebrows. The fling, however, did not last for long and the “Wrecking Ball” singer started dating Australian musician Cody Simpson in September. The two even got inked together by the same artist earlier in October. While Cody got a skull and crossbones, Miley got a bleeding heart with a knife tattooed on the back of her right arm.
