Highway adapted from a TV series

Imtiaz Ali's upcoming movie, Highway is said to be inspired by an episode directed by him for Zee TV's series, Rishtey which used to be aired in the early 2000s. Rishtey featured short stories based on relationships. Imitiaz tweaked the 45 minute story and made it into a feature film.
Highway features Randeep Hooda and Alia Bhatt and will hit the screens on February 21.
