Ssharad Malhotraa's 'Babu Moshay' wins CCL match!
Actor Ssharad Malhotraa, who has recently completed working on his web film ‘My Father Godfather’ co-starring Kratika Sengar, is a big time cricket buff and is playing in one of the cricket teams in the upcoming cricket matches of celebrities. His team is owned by Nivedita Basu and also has Salil Acharya and Anita Hassanandani for company besides Aditi Gupta.
He says, "I am amazed that Anita and Nivedita can play well. My opinion that girls can’t play cricket has changed totally after seeing them practicing. I have played cricket in school and college in Calcutta. My team in the upcoming match is Babu Moshay and Nivedita Basu is the owner.”
Ssharad’s team won a match lately and he expressed the joy of winning with us.
"I am fond of cricket from my childhood days. I have played inter-school and college competitions. Recently I have played cricket match against Mumbai Mastram and won the match and received man of the match. I was given a Gio collection wrist watch, gold jewelry vouchers worth Rs 10, 000 and a certificate. We had two captains in our team and I was one of them. I made forty runs. I felt really great after winning match because we had lost all the practice matches. The opposite team lost match by seventy runs. I prefer batting and it’s my strength while playing cricket. Our next match is on 30/3.14 and the opposite team will be Jaipur Joshile.”
