Diya aur Baati Hum: Officer Singh confronts Kavita, Bhabho learns the truth!
The strict disciplinarian Bhabho who lives by her word had agreed to compromise on her values for her beloved son’s happiness by making a deal with Kavita (the runaway bride).
The deal was that Bhabho has to get votes of the residents of Hanumangali for Kavita to win elections in return of Sandhya’s transfer to Pushkar after she clears her IPS training.
Although Bhabho kept her word and did whatever she could to fulfill Kavita’s expectations, the nasty latter, on her part, played a very vile game by trying coax Officer Agrima Singh to not to handover the best cadet trophy to Sandhya.
Clearly, Kavita has been nurturing jealousy and hatred towards Sandhya for the latter not only proved to be a good bahu but she also fulfilled her professional ambitions with poise.
All along, Bhabho believed that it was Kavita due to whom Sandhya has got the best cadet trophy as well as transfer to Pushkar.
Now recently, Bhabho had organized a pooja at home for peace and had specially invited Kavita for it. Kavita does come to Rathi house with malice in her heart and starts picking on Sandhya as usual. Later, she sits down in a room to watch the vote counting process on a news channel while the Rathis carry on with their pooja.
At this time, Zakir brings Officer Singh to the Rathi house much to everyone’s delight. Officer Singh, who decides to make a pit stop in Pushkar to meet Sandhya and Zakir while on her way to a press meet in Jaipur, recognizes Kavita in the house. She goes on to face her and remind her of her past misdeed. Officer Singh further probes her and asks for the reason behind trying to put roadblocks on Sandhya’s way to victory. Kavita tries to dodge the question but finally says that she had never wanted Sandhya to win the trophy and get a posting in Pushkar.
Bhabho hears the conversation and she gets the shock of her life. We can easily tell that Kavita is going to get a meaty piece of Bhabho’s mind in the next episodes. For more updates, keep watching this space.
