Diya aur Baati Hum: Meenakshi seeks help from Suraj to stop her daughter Misri’s child marriage!
Meenakshi’s woes do not seem to be ending in DABH.
After getting blackmailed for money by an unknown person to hide her baby swapping secret, Meena has recently found out that her real daughter Misri, who she secretively exchanged with Taisa’s grandson Kanha, is being married off to a little boy now illegally.
To stop the child marriage, which by the way is being held under tight security and under Taisa’s strict vigilance, Meena tries calling Sandhya but in vain. Next, she calls Suraj on his phone and tells the story about Misri’s marriage. This news shocks Suraj and he assures her to arrive on the marriage spot soon for her help.
On the other hand, Emily informs Sandhya about a blackmailer trying to extort money from Meena. They decide to catch the person red handed and also tell Vikram about it.
While Sandhya dresses up as a cleaner to hide her identity, Emily wears Meena’s clothes to look like her. They put the sweet box where the blackmailer had asked them to keep it and keep a watch on it.
When the blackmailer comes to pick up the box with the money in it, he gets caught by Sandhya in cleaner’s garb and a verbal argument over the ownership of the box ensues. The blackmailer tries running away with the box but gets caught by Sandhya. She removes the veil from the blackmailer’s face, and guess what, everyone including Vikram and Emily are shocked to see the face of the criminal.
