Jhalli Anjali Ke Toote Dil ki Amazing Story is the latest offering by Channel V which has curated its niche audience through Youth programming. This show is a take on College friendship, love and heart aches. The main story line of the show focuses around Anjali who is really ‘Jhalli’, she is a tom boy lost in her own world.

The episode starts with Anjali chasing another girl who really gets a shock when she gets to know that she is Anjali, Angad’s best friend. Anjali was chasing that girl as she doesn't want anyone else to come closer to her best friend! She makes decisions for Angad and threatens other girls to not to come near him.

Even in the college, everyone knows Anjali’s weird behavior for Angad. She thinks that Angad also loves her as much as she does in her heart. She has still kept an old chocolate wrapper in which Angad wrote ‘Anjali+ Angad= Forever.’ Anjali is blindly in love with him, she makes his project till wee hours in the morning.

Next day, Angad doesn't even bother to meet her after coming back to the city post 2 weeks. Anjali has several friends who keep an eye on Angad’s movements for her. It is sad to see Angad’s casual behavior with her. But Anajli is Anjali, madly, deeply die heart romantic!

In the next episode, Angad will tell Anjali some secret which she imagines will be a proposal!

Well, let’s see whether Anjali’s fantasy will come true or it will be a heart break situation for her? As far as we know, Anjali’s heart will break and she will organize a Break up Party! After all its Anjali, she never stops!

Chandni Bhagwanani has done a good job as Anjali, she is fitting into the character well. In some places she reminds of Kajol of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai who was a tom boy in the first half. Angad played by Koposh is decent. Both have a fresh approach towards the concept.

The writing team- Sharad and Shilpa have tried to create freshness in the dialogues which doesn't sound repetitive. Writing is young and fun to watch.

Youngsters will surely like the show and it will rise up in the TRP charts very soon.
We wish the team of Jhalli Anjali… oodles of good luck!!
