Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai May 29, 2019 Written Update: Naira cares for Kartik
Today in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we see how Kartik feels jealous when Mihir comes to Naira's rescue during their scuffle with the goons.
In the previous episode, we see how Kartik surprises Naira with a fun day out while Suhasini is worried about their safety. Later, Kartik gets worried after Naira goes missing. Kartik gets involved in a tough fight with the goons when one of them hits him on his head with a stick. Kartik falls unconscious and gets severely beaten by them. They manage to snatch Naira’s engagement ring which was worth of two lakhs and just as one of them approached towards Naira while others hold her, Mihir comes to Naira’s rescue. Kartik’s vision gets blurred from injury but he feels a pang of jealousy seeing Mihir save Naira and feels unworthy. Mihir and Naira rushed Kartik to the hospital and later, they all come to Goenka house. Suhasini sees Kartik in an injured state and gets panicked.
Manish and the rest worried for him and asks Kartik about the incident. Mihir takes Naira aside and Kartik’s concentration shifts towards them. Samarth asks Mihir how did he reach at the incident location and he tells everyone that he went to the dhaba with few clients and friends when he heard someone screaming. He tells everyone that he followed the voice and found Naira surrounded by the goons, hence he came at her rescue. Although Kartik was greatful for getting Mihir’s help, he couldn’t not feel jealous. Later, Naira stays by Kartik and takes care of him. She gets emotional for having lost her ring during the fight while Kartik continues to feel guilty about not being able to protect Naira.
The next morning, Naira feels dizzy as she had kept Nirjala Vrat and while everyone tried to talk her out of it, she remained determined to complete her fast for Kartik. The thought of not being as good for Naira was eating Kartik from inside, which was making him weak. Later, Manish and Akhil worried as they had signed a deal which they thought Kartik would be able to handle but now that he was wounded, they got worried for the completion of the work.
