Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai January 29, 2019 update: Kartik and Naira's baby gets kidnapped
Kartik and Naira's baby gets abducted by the nurse when they are asleep.
In the latest episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Kartik is completely guilt-ridden as he has separated the baby from his real mother. Kartik's dilemma reaches its greatest heights when the same nurse who knows the secret of Naira's baby's death is hired by Dadi to look after Naira and the baby. Kartik then makes various attempts in order to convince his family members to do away with the nurse but no one listens to him. Kartik then goes to the nurse and asks her not to reveal the truth to anyone. The nurse too assures him that she will remain silent regarding the whole matter and will fully support him. However, the real intenstion of the nurse is somewhat different.
The nurse is in desperate need of money due to which she decides to make the most out of the secret in order to incur all the money that she wants. She comes fully prepared with her intention of quenching her financial needs by using the baby as a trump card. Meanwhile Naira observes the reaction of the nurse when she sees Dadi handling over some cash to Surekha. Naira also wonders why Kartik always gets paranoid whenver the nurse is nearby them. It is now completely evident that the nurse has entered the Goenka residence only to retrieve money for her own financial needs.
She asks Kartik to give her salary in advance as she is in need of some money. Naira, however, asks her to go and take Dadi's approval for that. She gets disappointed on being refused to be given the money. As a result of that, the nurse decides to abduct the baby. When Kartik and Naira fall asleep, she takes the baby out of the Goenka mansion.
