In the latest episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, it is shown that Naira is still unaware about Naksh and Kreeti’s condition and keeps on asking everyone about Kreeti. She also senses that something is terribly wrong and everyone is hiding something from her. Meanwhile both the Singhania and Goenka families get more worried about Kreeti’s condition when they are informed about a bad omen by their Guru due to which they decide to hold the Maha Mrityunjay Puja for Kreeti’s well being.
Meanwhile, after Naira falls asleep, Kartik heads off to the hospital for taking care of Naksh as everyone else is in the temple. When Naira wakes up in the morning, she finds no one in the house except Luv, Kush and Surekha. Naira wonders regarding the whereabouts of her family members and tries to call Naksh in order to know about everything. On the other hand, Kartik goes to meet Naksh, who is worried about Kreeti’s health and he longs to see her regain consciousness.

But Naksh suddenly feels extreme pain as he panicked about Kreeti’s condition. The doctors come for the treatment of Naksh but they reveal that his condition has worsened. Meanwhile Naira is still unaware about the accident of Kreeti and Naksh and starts doubting about the weird behavior of her family. She finally decides to ask Surekha about whatever is going on behind her. Now, it would be interesting to know in the upcoming episode whether Naira will get to know the truth or not.
