Udaan 22nd September, 2017 written update: Sooraj vows to forget about Chakor.

Ranvijay arrives at the scene seeing Sooraj in the midst of a group of people fighting. Sooraj breaks free from these people and walks away distraught. Imli tells Chakor, that at least for the sake of her child she should go away because the child means something to her as well. Chakor heartbroken walks away, but is in a terrible condition and is about to faint when Sooraj and Ranvijay spot her. Ranvijay holds her in time, and seeing this Sooraj feels even more horrible. Ranvijay carries her leaving the Durga pandal, hurt at seeing this, Sooraj remembers Imli’s previous words about Chakor and her new love. Chakor gets down from Ranvijay’s arms and prays in front of Durga’s idol. On the other hand Sooraj feels that Imli was right.

Chakor walks away, remembering Imli’s words to keep her unborn child safe.

Sooraj agrees that maybe Chakor has moved on in life and he should break all ties with her, declaring that their story together has come to an end. Imli slyly feels happy about it.
Chakor prays once more beforeleaving, and sees Sooraj when she turns around remembering all their past memories together. She stops herself from going after him, and Ranvijay tells her that maybe whatever happened was for the good, and to forget everything from her past, and to begin things afresh.

Ranvijay takes Chakor to his house, where his mother and sisters are waiting for them. They welcome Chakor into their household. Ranvijay has told at home that Chakor is his old friend and needs his help. Since it is Navami, they welcome her as the Devi, into their house. The sisters tell Chakor that their brother Ranvijay believes in traditions and respects woman a lot, thus does this Pooja every year. Meanwhile Ranvijay is giving sweets to little girls. Chakor looks back to see two men standing near the door.

Ranvijay’s mother says that the security guards will drop the children home and Ranvijay leaves due to an emergency in the police station.

Sooraj is drunk and back in Azad Gunj. He is ranting saying he will forget Chakor, while everyone in the household watches him. Then he stands in front of the idol and says thank you for showing me the new Chakor, and to forgive him for his behaviour.

He goes and sits down quietly. Chakor’s parents don’t believe that Chakor could've done something like this. They are unable to believe it. To which Sooraj replies that she has betrayed them. Chakor’s father requests Sooraj, to let him meet her and find out the reason behind her leaving.

Imli and Kamal Narayan ji, watch this in content. While Sooraj bans her name from being spoken in the house, he talks about how she broke his heart and betrayed him. He promises not to take her name anymore and lies down and says he will forget about her completely.

Imli then approaches Kamal Narayan ji, and says you finally got what you wanted. Chakor won't come back and now Sooraj can do what he ought to do. To which Kamal Narayan says that, finally his son can take up his responsibilities towards their family and its progress. To this Imli says No, he won't do it, he is barely capable of looking after himself. So Kamal Narayan shocked asks her, then who will, and she says that she will take care of the Sam-rajya. She says that she will be the utraa-adhikari. And she questions if she is lesser than anyone, and tells him that she did what even he couldn't do in all these years.

She says that now only she will rule Azad Gunj and no one else. To which Kamal Narayan agrees and says that truly Sooraj is not capable and to run it like before, following all traditions, he needs someone smart and cunning like Imli and promises that she will be hisutraa-adhikari.

Next episode- Sooraj holds a gun against his head and says that if Chakor is not in his life, there is no reason for him to live. Chakor explores Ranvijay’s house.
