Star Plus' popular TV show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is showcasing some high-voltage drama and the same has kept the audience's hooked to their TV screens. In the current track, we got to see how Kartik is unable to handle Naira's success and that has led to cracks in their relationship. In the last teaser, we saw how Kartik accuses Naira of having a one-night stand with Mihir.
Recently, we reported that the show may see a 5-year leap, but no official confirmation on the same is out yet. And now, as per India Today's report, Udaan actress Minal Mogam will soon join the star cast of the show. Apparently, she will be seen playing the role of Mihir Kapoor's (Khushwant Walia) girlfriend in the series.
Minal Mogam's character is that of a strong woman who is a lawyer by profession. In the show, we saw how Mihir keeps talking to his girlfriend, but her face was never shown. Even though the character has been in a long-term relationship with Mihir, she will get insecure with Naira's presence. Just like Kartik, she will too think that they share more than a professional relationship and the same will lead to more problems in Kaira's life. As per reports, her inclusion in the show will add more spice and drama to the current track. Apparently, Minal Mogam has started shooting from today.
