Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Written Update,October 3, 2019: Gokuldham resident celebrate Gandhi's birthday
In the latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah we see how the Gokuldham residents talk about the 11 principles of Mahatma Gandhi and also pay a visit to his birth place, Porbunder.
The episode starts with a recap of what happened in the previous episode. Jethalal recites the 11 principles of Mahatma Gandhi. Taarak Mehta translates what Jethalal said in Hindi so everyone can understand. Jethalal says that truth is the first principle. Taarak Mehta says that the second principle is Non violence. They say that on the basis of non violence India got independence. Sonu sings a patriotic song along with the rest of the Tappu Sena. Bapuji tells them that the 3rd principle is theft. He says that taking something from someone without their permission is also theft. Bhide volunteers to talk about the 4th principle which is over accumulation of materialistic things. Popatlal says that the 5th principle is self control. Bapuji talks about the 6th principle to be self dependent. He goes to tell them about the 7th principle which is indiscrimination. Sodhi talks about the 8th principle to be fearlessness.
Taarak Mehta tells them that it is not only physical fearlessness but also one should be mentally fearless. Nattu Kaka talks about the 9th principle being Swadeshi. Jethalal says that he encourages keeping Swadeshi products at his store. Bapuji talks about the 10th principle to be greed. Taarak Mehta says that the 11th and the last principle to be religious integration. Tappu Sena tells them that they want to sing Mahatma Gandhi's favourite religious song. Bapuji makes everyone take a pledge to follow all 11 principles of Mahatma Gandhi. Taarak Mehta recites a poem dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. Taarak Mehta also commemorates Lal Bahadur Shastri who was also born on the same day. Popatlal says that today's experience in itself was an invaluable reward.
Bapuji tells Tappu to give everyone a reward. It turns out to be the autobiography of Mahatma Gandhi in their respective languages. Taapu Sena and Bapuji play a song dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. Bapuji sees Mahatma Gandhi. Everyone sees Mahatma Gandhi and join hands in front of him. Asit Modi takes the viewers to the historic places of Mahatma Gandhi. The first place the Gokuldham visit is Porbunder, the birth place of Mahatma Gandhi. Everyone shares some vital information about the place. They mention that the place is currently looked into by the Archeological Society of India. They all enter the temple and see all artifacts related to Mahatma Gandhi.
