Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah: Disha Vakani is making her comeback as Dayaben?

Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is one of the long running and popular TV shows right now. Jethalal and Dayaben's characters have been fans' favourite. However, much to fans' dismay, since two years, Disha Vakani aka Dayaben has been away from the TMKOC and fans of the series are eagerly waiting for her to return. For the unversed, Disha tied the knot with Mayur Pandya in 2015 and later, she took a maternity break and never came back to the show. Many reports since then have been around whether she is making a comeback to the show or no.

Some reports suggested that the makers are upset with her unprofessionalism as she didn't join the show post her pregnancy. Many reports claimed that actors such as Ami Trivedi or Vibhoutee Sharma may step into her shoes but nothing official has been out. 

And now, a buzz is that she has teased her joining in the show. A throwback picture of Disha from the sets of the show has been posted on an handle which is apparently Disha's official one. And soon fans started commenting and asking her to return to the show. Check out the post right below.

In an interview with DNA, Dilip was asked whether Disha is getting replaced or no, to which he said, “I don’t know, never say never. Disha might return as Dayaben. I’m hoping and keeping my fingers crossed.” He also said he is fine working with new Dayaben.
