Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah March 20, 2019 Written Update: Holi celebrations at Gokuldham
Gokuldham members celebrate Holi with a hope of getting Popatlal out of his situation.
The episode starts with all the members of Gokuldham society discussing about Popatlal's condition. They have full faith in Sodhi's idea of getting Popatlal out of his bad mood. Sodhi arrives in society premises and tells everyone that he could not cheer Popatlal up with his idea. Everyone talks about their efforts of making situation better for Popatlal and how he did not budge and replied to them using a song. Sodhi expresses dejection that none of the society members are able to help the situation. Just then Bapuji tells everyone that the next day Popatlal will be better as it is the festival of Holi and Popatlal is fond of the ritual. Everyone is gathered for the ritual when Bhide makes an announcement that they all should carry on with the ritual. Just when Bhide and Jethalal are arguing over a trivial issue they Taarak Mehta sees Popatlal coming and directs everyone's attention on Popatlal.
He's wearing a mask and everyone is curious to know why is he wearing a mask. Bhide tries asking him about the mask but he ignores and starts with the ritual. Just as he is walking back after completing the ritual, Bapuji wishes him for Holi. Popatlal turns back and takes out a paper on which best wishes for Holi is written. By now everyone is getting slightly annoyed with Popatlal's reactions. Bapuji tells Sodhi to let me go. Finally Popatlal leaves from there keeping everyone to wonder whether he will come the next day to play Holi with the members. Bhide comes up with a suggestion on how to react to Popatlal if and when he comes the next day to play holi. Bhide requests everyone to use only natural colors and to make the minimum use of water to play holi.
The next day we see everyone dressed for holi and start dancing and singing for the festival. They all have unanimously decided not to call Popatlal to play holi which will result in Popatlal feeling anxious and finally come out and play with them.
