Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah April 24, 2019 Written Update: Jethalal attempts to find the truth
Today we see how Jethalal plots to find the truth behind the phones however fails both the times.
The episode starts with Bagha and Nattu Kaka telling Jethalal that they have kept the boxes of mobile phones ready to be taken by the politician's men. Jethalal tells them that he was equally excited as they are for the order however he explains to them what Bapuji had told him last night about the politician buying the votes on the basis of his money power. Bagha and Nattu Kaka tell him that this will result in huge losses for them to which Jethalal says that he is ready to bear the losses. They also tell him that the goodwill of Gada electronics is at stake on the basis on an assumption that the politician will use his money power to buy votes. Jethalal tells them that they will have to discreetly find out the truth. Just then Bawari arrives in the godown.
She asks them to shut their eyes and open their mouth. She feeds them with a sweet and congratulates them on their order. They tell her to leave politely as they have a lot of work. She tells them she is there as a customer to check on the price of an AC. Just then, Nattu Kaka gets a phone call from the politician's men. Jethalal plans on how he will get the truth out of the politician's men. The men arrive at the godown and ask for the phones. Jethalal tells them that he believes in end to end service. Jethalal tells them that he will get the phones delivered and he won't allow them to take the phones. The men finally get annoyed and tell Jethalal that they will take the phones themselves and they don't need Jethalal's staff to accompany them. Jethalal falls short of ideas and he tells Nattu Kaka that he's sending Magan to help load the boxes. Jethalal goes back to the store and gives Magan instructions on how to load the boxes. He calls Taarak Mehta for help and tells him that their plan has bombed.
Jethalal suggests calling the cops however Taarak Mehta suggests against it. Taarak Mehta suggests Jethalal to follow them when they take the phones. Jethalal thinks to himself that if he follows and is seen by them then it'll be a problem hence he asks Bawari and Bagha is they can take this challenge. Bagha is skeptical at first however Jethalal persuades them. Jethalal ensures that the boxes are properly loaded. The men warn Jethalal of any spying. Bagha and Bawari follow them on a Scooter. While following them Bagha and Bawari jump the signal and are caught by the traffic cops. The cops ask for driving license which Bawari doesn't have and Bagha gets them freed by paying the penalty. They resume the chase however reach a cross road and are unable to figure where the vehicle went. They both decide to return to the store and tell Jethalal the truth.
