Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah 17th November 2017 Written Update: Popatlal creates problem in Gokhuldham society

Today's episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah starts with Bhide thanking god as the issue of old currency got solved. Bhide is happy and has a sigh of relief. Madhavi comes and asks him why he is so happy.

Bhide tells her he is happy because the problem got solved.He tells Madhvi that he feels like dancing.Madhvi tells him to go ahead.Bhide starts dancing and both of them share laughter.

Madhvi serves him tea.Bhide appreciates it and asks her what she wants in return.Madhvi says that she wants gold worth ₹9 lakhs.Bhide gets tensed and tells her that it is not possible.Madhvi laughs and says him that she was joking.

Next in Popatlal's house, he is deciding between two vegetables as to which he should cook. He then wonders how nice it would have been if she had a wife and would daily ask him about food to prepare.

Popatlal then comes to reality and starts making tea for himself.His telephone and rings and he receives the call. It is his boss on the other end. His boss tells that he had an urgent work.

Popatlal asks about it and says that he will reach office in sometime.Boss taunts him that he doesn't need to come office and can rest at home.His boss further says that he had been contacting him since last night and he was not reachable.

Popatlal explains his boss how his mobile phone fell into water tank last night.His boss tells him to be careful next time or else he might get fired.

Poptalal thinks to buy a new cell phone. He then feels that he lost his mobile because of Bhide and he must compensate for it from society's funds.

Popatlal goes to Bhide's house and starts yelling.Bhide asks him what is the matter.Popatlal says that he was on verge of losing his job because of him.Bhide says how come he is responsible for it.

Popatlal explains him everything.Bhide says that it was his negligence and society cannot do anything about it.Popatlal takes away Bhide's mobile and says that he won't return it unless he gets him a new phone from society funds.

Popatlal then runs away with Bhide's phone.Bhide and Madhvi go behind him.One by one everyone in the society gathers after seeing Bhide and Popatlal running behind each other on the ground.

Bhide tells Sodhi and other society members to gather around Popatlal so that he gets trapped.Popatlal gets worried and then climbs up to the club house.

Sodhi and Bhide try to go behind him but Popatlal stops them and says that if they come up, he will jump from there.
