Ye hai mohabbatein 20th March Written Update : Vandu meets with an accident, Ishita is shocked to notice Raman’s car number plate
Vandita meets with an accident and succumbs to her injuries. The family is hellbent to catch the murderer.
The episode starts with all the sisters enjoying ice cream and discussing how Bala and Vandu didn't get time to spend with each other lately. The sweet husband that he is, he calls her up but she couldn't pick. So she goes out on the road and tries to get on a call where she suddenly gets hit by a car! As soon as Ishita watches this, she runs to help her and notices that it was none other than Raman’s car that hit her. Ishita drives and takes Akka to the hospital.
Romie calls up Ishita as Mika dropped her phone at the accident spot and he rushes to the hospital as soon as he got to know about it. On the other hand Adi meets Alia and tells her how guilty he was feeling of not being honest to Ruhi to which Alia says that he has been wrong but he's also sorry for it and he didn't mean to harm anybody so he should calm down. At the hospital, the doctor says it's a police case hence they should complain and call the cops immediately.
Tension surges as Bala and family get to know about the accident. The cops reach the hospital and just when they were about to start questioning the sisters about the incident, the doctors say that they couldn't save Vandita. The whole family gathers in the hospital and her mother shouts with sorrow. The cops say that they need to take the body for post mortem. The mother cries and asks them to find out who killed Vandu. They reach home and Alia and Ruhi get to know about Vandu. The mother says that this isn't the time to cry, it is the time to find out who the real culprit is. This whole time Ishita wonders why Raman’s car was there and why didn't he pick up her call.
Meanwhile, the cops reach their house and ask the sisters if they saw the car or number plate. Raman enters at the same time. Ishita refuses to have any information at all. Next morning Ishita enters Bala’s room with milk and sees that he's going through Vandu’s pictures. He gets very emotional but Ishita asks him to not lose hope. Who is the real murderer?
