Divyanka Tripathi on Ye Hai Mohabbatein: When the journey is enjoyable, you don't realize about the time
Ye Hai Mohabbatein completed 1500 episodes recently. Actors Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel have expressed their happiness over the same.
Divyanka Tripathi is ruling hearts as Ishita in Ye Hai Mohabbatein since 2013. The show also stars Karan Patel in the lead role. YHM is one of the longest running TV shows.
The show recently completed 1500 episodes and it was a celebratory occasion for the team. About her journey so far with the show, Divyanka told IANS, "It is a beautiful feeling because it is a surprise for all of us. I mean, we knew the show is beautiful and we were enjoying ourselves working in the show for such a long time and when the journey is enjoyable you don't realize about the time."
She added, "So we didn't even realize that such a long time has gone by. It's been four and a half years, and if you add shooting then it has been five years. It is a beautiful feeling."
Divyanka Tripathi met her husband Vivek Dahiya on the sets of YHM as he was also a part of the show. She said that the show has been a lucky charm to its cast and members.
"This show has been beautiful and lucky for everyone involved. The show has brought so much happiness in everyone's life. A lot of people from our show got married during the show," she stated.
About completing 1500 episodes, Karan Patel said, "I think it is a milestone. I think when we started this show, it was in the late night slot but even then the show did really well. I think the biggest credit I would like to give is to the audience."
