Diya Aur Baati Hum: Aarzoo is Aryan’s would-be bride!
In the latest episode, Aarzoo, the girl from Pakistan, who is destined to marry Aryan aka Chotu (Bhabho’s foster son), is introduced in her vivacious avatar.
Aarzoo aka Mushtandi, as people teasingly call her, happens to be a girl-next-door who is truthful and daring and never afraid to do what is right. Her bold deeds make her a nuisance in the neighbourhood.
She saves a puppy from a nasty woman by breaking the door of a room where it was held hostage, thus, proving how strong her will is.
She is her grandmother Resham’s pet.
Meanwhile, we see Bhabho busy making papads with her daughters-in-law in her house. One by one, young girls start landing at her home on some pretext to feast their eyes on the handsome Chotu aka Aryan.
Sandhya notices this and alerts Bhabho about it jokingly. Bhabho pulls up the girls for checking out Chotu and sends them away.
Soon after, the ladies of the house talk about how Chotu’s would-be wife shall be. Bhabho expresses a strong wish to select Chotu’s bride and shares the qualities she would like to see in her. She wants the bride to be homely, kind and all that an ideal bahu of the Rathi house should be.
On the other hand, in Pakistan, Resham starts making preparations to begin her journey for India for Aarzoo’s tie up with Aryan (Chotu).
Will Resham and Aarzoo’s journey be without hurdles?
