Star Plus' Chandra Nandini to get replaced by a new show
Namish Taneja & Prachi Tehlan's Ikyawann will replace the show.
Star Plus has a long list of shows that air on the channel, some reality, and some fiction. All the shows are viewed all over India and some even abroad. Star Plus has a show titled Chandra Nandini starring Shweta Prasad Basu and Rajat Tokas in the lead. The show started off with good TRPs but as the show progressed, viewers lost interest in the show and the TRPs kept dropping. There were speculations earlier that the show is going to be replaced by a new show, but looks like this isn't just a speculation anymore it's actually happening.
The show will be replaced by Namish Taneja and Prachi Tehlan's show Ikyawann, which will take over Chandra Nandini's position. Chandra Nandini will go off air sometime in November and fans and viewers are not very happy to hear about the same. We wonder what the new show Ikyawann is all about.
Speaking of that Star Plus earlier had taken down its Star Dopahar segment inclusive of four shows. The channel revamped its sho roster and since the Dopahar segment wasn't doing as well as they expected, the show was taken down.
