Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah actress Disha Vakani who plays Dayaben in the longest running TV show has been missing from the show since September 2017. Disha Vakani took maternity leave in September 2017 and die-hard fans of the show have been missing her on the small screen. Ever since the actress has delivered her baby girl, Dayaben has not given a word about whether she would return back to the show. Now, a year after, reports are doing rounds that Disha Vakani has decided to quit the show and this has definitely come as a huge shock to fans.
On the other hand, according to some media reports, Disha has been given a notice period of 30 days else she will be replaced in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. While there is a lot of speculation if Disha would return back, Shailesh Lodha, who plays the role of Taarak Mehta in the show, in an exclusive conversation with Pinkvilla hinted that fans need to wait for a while in order to know if Dayaben is returning.
