When team Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai was surprised by Deputy PM& Foreign Minister of Thailand!
Actors Karan Mehra, Hina Khan and the entire team of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai was in for a pleasant surprise recently. They had the opportunity of witnessing the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign minister of Thailand who dropped on the sets to meet and greet everybody.
The maker of the show, Rajan Shahi was very happy and excited to meet Mr.Tanasak Patimapragorn. "Myself, Hina and Karan gave him a guided tour of the set. The Thailand shoot happened 2 years back and he remembered everything and thanked us," said Rajan.
Couple of years back when the unit of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai been to Thailand, they actually shot the famous Marwari festivalGhanghaur.
Further Rajan added, "Hina had dressed up as a Thai girl and celebrated Indian Festival ofGhanghaur and promoted the cultural bonding of India and Thailand, which he remembered and insisted on meeting YRKKH team thanking them. He cancelled other visits in filmcity and came to give us a surprise visit on the set."
The minister not only warmly greeted everybody but also said that he would love to see Akshara and Naitik's children get married in Thailand. Shahi elaborated on how attached the minister still feels to the show. "He also praised the show and said that it is about Positivity, about family and that makes our culture one." said Rajan.
Recently, the show completed 2000 successful episodes.
