The word “Bridezilla” is commonly thrown around, around the time of a wedding. Because every bride gets stressed out. Brides take months and weeks to plan everything down to the detail for their special day. They try to do their best to ensure that this day is perfect just like they’ve planned it. We all want a dreamy wedding but sometimes it comes at the cost of our peace of mind. All the stress and workload can cause a bride to go a little crazy. It’s not very uncommon. After all, it is her D-day and she has been planning it for ages but sometimes we just want too much from life and end up with unrealistic goals which turn us sour. When do you know that you have crossed that line and gone from being a bride to a bridezilla? Here are some signs that point you in the right direction.
1. Your budget has gone for a toss. You are so focused on perfection that you have managed to ignore the budget and are spending money left, right and center.

2. All you can think of is ensuring that you have a perfect wedding. You think and plan all day long and do nothing more. You can think beyond your dreams and visions.

3. Everything else has taken a backseat. Your work and your wedding functions have also taken a back seat. You are fretting instead of enjoying your wedding functions.

4. You are constantly angry and unbearable. You spend half your time yelling at someone for doing something the wrong way. You expect perfection and nothing less.

5. Everyone is scared of you and they all walk on eggshells around you. They don’t want to say anything to piss you off. Even your loved ones fear you.

6. Everyone seems insensitive to you. It seems like they’ve forgotten that it’s your wedding and couldn’t care less.

7. You’re having meltdowns and are constantly stressed out about one thing or the other.

8. You have forgotten all about the groom. This wedding has become about décor and carters and clothes instead of you and your partner. You’ve forgotten all about your love and relationship.
