Today, we are talking about a relatively lesser-known diet called Cruise Control Diet. The same was created by James Ward and it has been helping many people to lose as well as maintain weight. 

In this diet, one has to incorporate only all-natural and whole foods. One has to also follow basic principles to achieve desired results. 


What to eat and what not to eat?

One can go for veggies, fruits, protein-rich food items, dairy, nuts and seeds, herbs and spices among others. One should strictly avoid chips, soda, packaged fruit juice, food items which have flavours and colors, processed meat and food items and frozen food items among others.

Aside from weight loss, this diet will also help you to improve your body composition and energy levels. It also aids to improve sleep, stamina and digestion among others.

Jorge Cruise, celebrity trainer and author of "The Cruise Control Diet," told Inside Edition, "There's no food that's off-limits, absolutely none, there's no deprivation." He added," Healthy fats will stop hunger, you won't feel hungry, and it's indulgent and it's delicious." One can team the diet with eating pattern called intermittent fasting for ideal results. During the same, one can only eat within an eight-hour window every day and for the rest of the day one has to fast. During the fasting period, one can drink water, coconut juice and black coffee among others.

This diet is great for yo-yo dieters as post following it, one can finally put an end to fluctuations in body weight. Before you hop on and start this diet it is imperative to consult a doctor or dietician as many there are factors such as age, BMI, medical history and others which won't allow you to follow the same.
