Sonam Kapoor Ahuja looks ethereal in an ivory gold saree & concept blouse by Sabyasachi perfect for Diwali

With the festive season coming up, everybody is riled up about what to wear for what occasion. The week requires quite a few outfit changes and obviously, repeating outfits is not a thing for most women. Which is why they end up looking for inspiration in every place. And what better place to look into for inspiration than Bollywood? 

Sonam K Ahuja is one of the most fashionable women in the Bollywood industry. She has showcased her love for fashion on the red carpet and off both in the country and on international waters at the Cannes Film Festival. More recently, the Zoya Factor actress put her ethnic foot forward as she headed to meet the Prime Minister of the country. 

For the event, Sonam donned a classic saree by designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee. The ivory coloured number featured loads of intricate details including gold embroidery and zardozdi work. it also featured a scalloped hem with embroidery and a thick gold embroidered border. 

It also featured beaded tassels on the drape end of the saree. 

What stood out though, was Sonam's blouse style! It was a a basic white blouse worn beneath the saree and topped off with a shrug with with the same embroidery and large green statement buttons with gold detailing on it. 
To further accessorise her look, Sonam donned gold and emerald statement earrings.
She kept her glam simple with her hair pulled back into a sleek bun, filled-in brows, glossy pink lips, loads of blush and defined eyes, ensured she looked ethereal.
