Navratri 2019: Kareena Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Janhvi Kapoor give us Garba looks to rock this festive season

The most happening part of the year has already kickstarted and we certainly cannot keep calm. While Ganesh Chaturthi preps us up with the happening beats, Navratri helps us in getting in the groove. Of course all of us remember classic Garba tracks like Sanedo, Odhni and Pari Hoon Main, right? And Falguni Pathak? She is definitely the glam guru and the one who makes us dance to her beats, quite literally! 

India’s very own Gujarati Tomorrowland, Navratri is all about dance, music, colour and a lot of dressing up. This vibrant festival is celebrated for over nine days and revolves around worshipping Goddess Durga. Post the nine days, Hindus celebrate Dusshera which marks Lord Rama’s victory over Ravana. Durga Puja on the other hand is celebrated for Goddess Durga’s triumph over demon Mahishasura. During the 9 days of Navratri devotees observe fast, chant the holy mantra and follow the 9 day colour code. 

One of the best parts about this festival is that you get to dress your heart out. There is absolutely no limit to this and you can never be too overdressed. You can go extremely elaborate with your hairdos, jewellery, over the top ghagras and look your stunning best. Bollywood has always managed to lead the pack with their over the top and on point fashion looks.
